The 2017 Stone Bridge Homes NW Summer Showcase, presented by Standard TV & Appliance and NW Natural, takes place this July, in the popular Pacific Crossing neighborhood of Forest Grove.

Tour four stunning homes from local builders, including the Viking House, a beautiful one level home built by local high school students.

The Viking House – Forest Grove High School

The Viking House, built by students at Forest Grove High School, features a light, bright, open feel. Built with a focus on Oregon grown woods, including Oregon White Oak floors, Douglas Fir cabinets, Cedar siding, and Ponderosa pine shiplap accent walls, The Viking House is a stunner.

The Azalea – Stone Bridge Homes NW

The Azalea, a beautiful single-level, is built to be barrier-free. The home features a master suite with a roll in shower.  In addition, the home features stepless entries into the front door, garage, and onto the back patio, as well as wider hallways and doors to accommodate people with limited mobility.

The Dogwood – Stone Bridge Homes NW

The Dogwood, a two-story farmhouse design, is designed to be the ultimate pet-friendly house. It features special vinyl, wood, and carpet flooring choices designed to be appropriate for pets paws. It also features a custom dog-wash station in the owners entry.

The Trillium – PNW Contemporary Homes

The Trillium, a contemporary farmhouse, features a large, spacious great room with a massive two-story fireplace, along with a special interior/exterior garage door that opens to a private lanai.
