Hand-picked to help guide our home buyers through the lending process, Stone Bridge Homes NW Preferred Lender Program is designed to make a seamless home buying experience for our new home buyers. You can count on the integrity, experience, and responsiveness of these lenders should you choose to finance your new home with them. If a new home purchaser chooses a Preferred Lender to finance a Stone Bridge Home NW Home, a $2,000 credit (“Credit”) towards a Purchaser’s closing costs will be provided and paid at the close of escrow.*
