2-10 Home Buyers Warranty

The 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is a name brand of home warranty and is available for new homes. The warranty covers elements of some major systems, such as heating, plumbing, electrical, and some structural elements of the home. The 2-10 Warranty includes:

One-Year Workmanship Surety Coverage

Two-Year Systems Surety Coverage

Ten-Year Structural Coverage

The following interactive demo shows items included in the Ten-Year Structural Coverage. Structural defect means actual physical damage to one or more of the designated load bearing elements caused by failure of such load bearing elements, making it unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise unlivable. Stone Bridge Homes NW Walk-Through

On top of the 2-10 Warranty, to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your new home, Stone Bridge Homes' warranty team will perform the following:

  • Initial Walk-Through: Before closing, walk your new home with the construction supervisor.
  • 90 Day Follow-up: Warranty team comes to your home to address any warrantable items.
  • 11th Month Follow-up: Warranty team comes out again to address any warrantable items.
